Networking In The Time of COVID

In this episode of Small Business Connections, Ann talks about networking during COVID with Sarit Arbell, ExecutiveDirector of BNI Central Maryland.

When COVID hit BNI bought 10,000 Zoom links to transition from in-person networking to virtual networking. Ann and Sarit discuss choosing the right networking group for you. Be strategic, visit several and find the best fit. Some benefits of joining a networking chapter include: building relationships, giving and receiving referrals and helping other local businesses grow.

Sarit Arbell is an entrepreneur who is passionate about helping people grow professionally, personally and financially. These growth opportunities and the ability to help others grow are what attracted Sarit to BNI. Combining her knowledge and interest in people's financial and personal growth, together with her passion for her community, Sarit enjoys visiting BNI chapters and supporting members' growth.

Leadership, wealth and social responsibility are Sarit's main goals. Sarit has invested a lot of time growing personally and believes in promoting others to believe in themselves. Her motto in business and in life is Win-Win. Sarit believes empowering others will help to improve our world.
