Many of the same traits that make someone a good entrepreneur also make them prone to suicide. They are strong. They are independent. They are doers, people of action. They care deeply. Because of this, I want to tackle the subject head-on.

How are you doing today? What are you doing to protect your mental health? Who do you have to tell when things are going poorly? Do you have a plan for when to ask for help?
